Japan earthquake: contact information

The staff of the WA Government Tokyo Office wish to thank all for your kind wishes for our safety following the devastating earthquake and tsunami. We are all unhurt but the situation remains unclear regarding radiation threat and aftershocks. We are remaining vigilant and taking all necessary precautions.

If you have concerns for the welfare of family and friends who you believe to have been in the affected areas, you should first attempt to contact them directly.
